IT Field Service Technician
Upton Technologies is seeking an IT Field Service Technician responsible for installing and upgrading company-maintained equipment at various businesses. The role involves configuring hardware and software, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Technicians will also document all work, manage equipment and part inventories, and instruct customers on proper equipment use. Applicants must have excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past five years are required.
